正1963年製Fender Stratocaster，市面上極度稀有的Custom Color Sonic Blue。1965年前PRE-CBS時期的Vintage Fender是目前市面上最值得收藏的吉他之一，而其中就屬擁有Custom Color外觀的Fender最具有收藏價值。目前在市場上一支狀況好的普通Vintage Fender Stratocaster Sunburst價格約落在美金$35,000左右，而Custom Color的價格則會是二到三倍，依保存狀況越好、All original、配件齊全等，能使價格更高，對很多玩家來說，這可能很沒意義，因為在現今大量生產的Fender吉他中，玩家可以隨意的挑選自己喜愛的配色，但在當年的Fender，原廠只有生產夕陽漸層與金色的外觀，而Custom Color最早出現在1956年，需要加價5%費用的Custom Color在當時只有少量被知名樂手或是認識Leo Fender的玩家們所購買，而Sonic Blue更是Custom Color中更加少見的稀有顏色，是現今Vintage Fender中少量的夢幻逸品。

1963 Fender Stratocaster in Sonic Blue, a highly rare Custom Color, is considered one of the most valuable collectible guitars from the pre-CBS era of Vintage Fender. Vintage Fender guitars produced before 1965 are highly sought after by collectors worldwide, and those with Custom Color finishes hold even greater value. Currently, a well-preserved Vintage Fender Stratocaster in Sunburst finish can fetch around $35,000 in the market, but a Custom Color variant can command two to three times that price, depending on factors such as condition, all-originality, and complete accessories. However, for many players, this may not hold much significance as modern-day Fender guitars are widely available with a variety of color options to choose from. In the past, Fender only produced Sunset Gradation and Gold finishes, and Custom Color options were introduced in 1956 with an additional 5% cost. These Custom Color finishes were only purchased by a select few renowned musicians or players associated with Leo Fender. Among the Custom Color range, Sonic Blue is an exceptionally rare color, making it a highly coveted gem among the limited Vintage Fender guitars available today.
