這是PRS的原版一代摩登鷹，市場上非常稀有，也是PRS生產線上評價相當高的頂級系列，結合了Private Stock系列與PRS累積多年琴款設計的優點。而其中Modern Eagle一代也是最接近Private Stock系列的琴款，琴面有著非常漂亮的大虎紋、巴西玫瑰木琴頸、Satin Finish平光漆面、Modern Eagle Head Stock Inlay、Modern Eagle麂皮Case等，這些都顯現出這Modern Eagle和一般量產的PRS不同之處，也是目前市場上最多玩家想收藏的PRS。
Modern Eagle一代於2004年至2007生產，特選桃花心木琴身，整支琴頸與指板都是採用巴西玫瑰木，巴西玫瑰木因禁採令而導致在市場上相當稀有，使用巴西玫瑰木製作指板的PRS本身就很少見，而Modern Eagle除了指板以外，也使用在使整支琴頸上，因為沒有額外上漆，所以手感非常好，彈奏也更滑順。原廠配置PRS RP Pickups，從清甜顆粒感十足的單線圈到經典的PAF音色都能勝任，整體音色除了厚實飽滿以外也保有清晰度。
狀況接近全新收藏品，沒有明顯使用痕跡，接近18年的琴齡，證書配件齊全，非常難得。Modern Eagle I因當年產量不多，加上巴西玫瑰木琴頸的加持，受歡迎的程度原廠甚至於2019年少量推出了Modern Eagle I Reissue復刻系列，而復刻版一推出也是短時間完銷，導致原版一代的價格在市場上每年上漲，且市面上非常稀有，狀況好的更是少見，日本中古市場甚至開出台幣50萬的售價，想收藏的玩家們把握機會。

This is the rarest generation of PRS Modern Eagle available in the market, which is also a highly regarded top-tier series in the PRS lineup. It combines the best elements of the Private Stock series with PRS's accumulated years of guitar design expertise. Among them, the first generation Modern Eagle is the closest to the Private Stock series. It features a stunning fat flame top, a Brazilian rosewood neck, a satin finish, Modern Eagle Head Stock Inlay, and a Modern Eagle Case. These aspects showcase the exquisite differences between this series and regular PRS guitars, making it one of the most sought-after PRS models in the current market.
The first generation of the Modern Eagle was produced from 2004 to 2007, and the second generation was discontinued in 2012. It features a specially selected figured maple body and an entire neck and fretboard crafted from Brazilian rosewood, which has become quite rare in the market due to regulations prohibiting its harvesting.
Considering that this guitar is nearly 18 years old, its condition is akin to "new old stock," with no scratches or dings, and it is in excellent overall condition, making it highly valuable for collectors.
