Martin OMJM 是 Martin 與 John Mayer 長期合作下最具代表性的 Signature Model 之一。這把琴最早源自 John Mayer 的經典 OM-28JM，OMJM 則將其中最重要的設計元素重新帶回 Martin 的量產系列，成為許多 John Mayer 樂迷與現代 Fingerstyle、Singer-Songwriter 玩家非常熟悉的一把琴。
外觀上，OMJM 也延續了 John Mayer Signature Model 一貫低調但精緻的設計，包括 Bold Herringbone Binding、Abalone Rosette、Tortoise Pickguard，以及指板上的 John Mayer Signature Inlay。搭配 Antique Toner 的 Engelmann Spruce 面板，使整把琴呈現出非常經典的 Martin 氣質。
採用 Engelmann Spruce 雲杉面板搭配 East Indian Rosewood 印度玫瑰木背側板，結合 000/OM 尺寸的琴身與 25.4" 長弦長。相較於傳統 Dreadnought，這樣的琴身比例更加均衡，聲音反應也更加直接，Engelmann Spruce 本身具有細緻、柔和且富有音樂性的特質，而 Rosewood 所提供的低頻深度與高頻延伸，讓 OMJM 在保持溫暖質感的同時，也擁有非常好的音色層次與動態。
Neck 採用 Low Profile 設計，搭配 1.6875" Nut Width，手感相當順暢，對於習慣電吉他 Neck 的玩家來說也非常容易適應。搭配 25.4" 長弦長以及 Hybrid X Scalloped Body Bracing，使 OMJM 在保持舒適琴身尺寸的同時，仍然具有充足的音量、Projection 與低頻支撐。此外還配備 Martin Gold Plus Natural 1 電子系統，讓它不只適合錄音與居家演奏，也能夠接上音箱使用。
