全新品，全台灣首批。這是PRS於2024年11月最新發表的2025年四十週年紀念版，以紀年PRS四十年的輝煌歷史，全球限量400支，兩種配色分別為Sub Zero Smokeburst與Tiger Eye，兩色各200支。有別於量產版本的Custom24，除了傳統的元素以外也結合了全新的設計，最新的四十週年紀念版搭配了原廠特選的Artist Grade Figured Maple Top，非常漂亮的虎紋楓木。琴頭上的Small Eagle Inlay是致敬PRS早期Pre-Factory的老鷹標誌，搭配印有PRS 40th的特別版Tuss Rod Cover，而指板上Inlay為彩鮑貝鑲嵌的Old School Birds，此外配有最新的PRS ATA Multi-Fit Molded琴盒。

桃花心木琴身與琴頸，琴頸規格為Pattern Thin，指板與琴頭貼面皆為此版本才有的Ziricote花梨木，並非量產版本的玫瑰木。搭載Paul Reed Smith本人與工程團隊全新開發的PRS DMO (Dynamic、Musical、Open)拾音器，這是基於PRS多年研究傳統復古拾音器的寶貴經驗以及音色信號分析、調校技術所設計的最新拾音器，擁有非常廣闊、開放如人聲般的音色表現。

PRS Custom是PRS一直以來最受歡迎的系列，不只音色上出眾，外觀也相當華麗，將楓木Top的明亮音色與桃花心木的溫暖音色完美結合，提供豐富的音色共鳴。而限量版的四十週年更是具有收藏價值。

Introducing the 40th Anniversary Custom 24 Limited Edition, celebrating four decades of PRS Guitars. Limited to 400 pieces worldwide, this special edition features both traditional design features and new appointments, making it an essential piece for serious musicians and collectors alike.

Built on the tried-and-true foundation of a mahogany back and neck with artist grade maple top, the 40th Anniversary Custom 24 boasts a retro violin top carve, PRS “Old School” birds with outlines, and PRS “Pre-Factory” headstock eagle, all of which pay homage to early PRS guitars. Outside of these aesthetic attributes, the 40th Anniversary Custom 24 is looking ahead with its all-new PRS DMO Treble and Bass pickups. DMO pickups (DMO standing for Dynamic, Musical, Open) were spec’d by Paul Reed Smith and the PRS New Products Engineering team to have a wide open sound with vocal character.
