2025年製全新品。DGT(David Grissom Trem)是PRS與David Grissom合作二十多年的成果，也是PRS全系列中擁有最復古音色，也是最接近Les Paul的型號。DGT以McCarty為設計基底，具有特規的DGT Neck Shape、更高的Fret與特別調教的DGT拾音器。

琴身為桃花心木，指板為玫瑰木，特規的琴頸相比正常Custom24的Pattern Thin稍微再粗一些。原廠配置一組DGT Humbuckers拾音器，這組拾音器是原廠耗時一年多的時間，測試了四十多種拾音器，擁有肥而溫暖卻又無比乾淨的復古音色，琴身配置三顆轉鈕，前後兩組可控制前後段拾音器音量，而第三顆轉鈕為Tone Control加上Push/Pull，除了基本的三段Switch切換以外，更提供了切單的功能，創造出更多的音色選擇，相當全面的一款PRS。

The DGT (David Grissom Trem) is the result of more than 20 years of collaboration between Paul Reed Smith and David Grissom. The DGT is based on the McCarty platform with a unique DGT neck shape, taller frets, specially-voiced pickups, and a revised control layout. Grissom and Paul spent a year A/B-ing more than forty sets of pickups before nailing the vintage-voice of DGT humbuckers. When paired with individual volume controls for each pickup and a push/pull master tone control that operates the coil taps, DGT pickups provide versatility and articulation.
