來自德國製造，專屬合金材料由實驗室分析後精心打造，材質穩定性、精密度，一款真正會影響音色的極致復古吉他零件。採用獨家訂製的合金製成，這些合金是從原始零件由實驗室分析得出，確保在成分與硬度上符合復古規格，打造出真正原汁原味且具備正宗音色的金屬零件，最接近復古老式零件風格，但整體結構與精密度更佳穩定，螺絲部件更加順暢，特殊的合金材料能使音色更加集中，改善琴弦在金屬零件上產生不必要的共振進而影響吉他音色。

過去二十年，我們研究了各種復古原廠琴橋，並選出我們認為音色最佳的一款，將其送至實驗室進行精密的材料分析。


透過獲得的數據與洞察，我們向本地供應商訂製了專屬合金，僅供 Schwarz Custom Parts 獨家使用。這使我們能夠以極高的精度進行鑄造，確保尺寸與規格的精準度。
