2017年製全新展示琴，少見的Violet配色搭配非常狂野的虎紋楓木，雖然不是10Top但整體相當漂亮，紋路也相當明顯。Custom是PRS一直以來最受歡迎的系列，不只音色上出眾，外觀也相當華麗。

而Custom22因為拾音器設計位置與Custom24不同，加上琴頸厚度也有些微的差異，所以低頻較多，音色更溫暖。琴身為桃花心木，琴頸為Pattern Neck，指板為玫瑰木，原廠配置一組PRS 85/15 MT Pickups拾音器，這組拾音器是PRS在正式發表PRS 85/15 TCI-tuned系統時的前身，與過去Custom24普通版本的85/15拾音器不同，擁有與TCI一樣的功能，除了能夠提供真正的單線圈音色以外，能使高低頻各自擁有非常均衡、線性統一的出力，不會有傳統拾音器低頻混濁、高頻過尖的問題，也解決了傳統拾音器雙單線圈切換時造成的瞬間輸出率落差問題。共五段音色，清甜顆粒感十足的單線圈音色到出力突出的雙線圈破音都能勝任，音色相當全面的一款PRS。
