1997年製，市面上相當少見的老琴，經典的Fade Tobacco Burst配色加上市場上極度少見的5A狂野大虎紋，紋路非常明顯又粗，1993到2000年初期的Reissue使用的楓木產地因不同於後期，所以呈現出來的紋路銳利度與質感大不相同。桃花心木琴身、玫瑰木指版，琴頸為'59 Neck Profile，原廠配置一組'57 Classic拾音器。近全新收藏品，琴頭邊緣有一處如圖非常小且不明顯的敲痕，除此之外整支琴就像全新的一樣，依然保持的非常乾淨，Fret也沒有任何磨損的痕跡，整整二十五年的老琴來說，狀態簡直不可思議。1997年是無證書的年份，其餘文件齊全，早期的R9在市面上已經相當少見，而眾所皆知，擁有大虎紋的R9除了保值以外，更擁有極高的收藏價值，且每一年都在漲，有興趣的玩家們把握收藏機會。

Unbelievable condition, just like new! Here is a 1997 Gibson Custom Shop R9 Fade Tobacco Burst with AAAAA gorgeous killer top! Beautifully preserved 25 year old gem from the early "The Good Wood Years" of the Gibson. All original, including the original '57 pickups. The guitar is in 9.5/10 as unbelievable condition, only a very little ding on the headstock, not obvious, detail in the picture, other parts look like new and clean, no scratches on the back, no fret wear.
