這款「Disc Front DFG24 」其 Disc Plate 金屬面板由美國設計團隊雕刻上圖騰，將經典雕刻元素與現代圖像風格融合呈現，琴頭並未採用傳統菱形 Z 標誌，而是有著垂直排列的 ZEMAITIS 標誌牌。在用料方面，琴身與琴頸皆採用嚴選的非洲桃花心木，搭配高等級黑檀木指板。配置高可靠性的 Gotoh 鎖定式弦鈕，提供優異且穩定的調音表現。Bridge、Tailpiece 與拾音器框等金屬零件，皆使用 Duralumin 杜拉鋁製成，並施以立體雕刻工藝。此種高強度且極為輕量的鋁合金，不僅具備優異的結構特性，同時也為吉他音色帶來更明亮清晰的表現與出色的共振反應。
整把吉他表面塗裝採用極薄硝基漆塗層處理，相較於傳統較厚的塗層，不僅提供更細膩自然的彈奏手感，也能有效釋放木材本身的聲音特性。搭載一組由 Zemaitis 自家打造的 Custom Zemaitis PAF Inspired Virtuoso Humbuckers 高階拾音器，這款拾音器追求1950年代末黃金年代的經典 PAF 音色，並針對 Zemaitis 獨特的琴身結構進行了優化。其標榜「Virtuoso」大師級，意指極其細膩的處弦反應，它能敏銳地捕捉彈奏力道的細微變化，適合透過彈奏力道而非調整旋鈕來控制破音的增益量。而音量旋鈕兼具 Push/Pull 功能，可切換中段拾音器的開啟或關閉，當拉起旋鈕時，中段拾音器會開啟，但它無法單獨發聲，而是將音色疊加在前段與後段的兩者並用的線路之中，達到三組拾音器共同發聲的功能。。整體設計與規格，完整延續了 Zemaitis 吉他一貫的經典美學，同時也體現出日本精緻細膩的製琴工藝精神，將對細節的極致講究貫徹於整把吉他的每一處，從結構、用料到外觀雕刻，皆展現出無可妥協的職人工藝之美。

The Disc Front DFG is an original Zemaitis series featuring the iconic Disc Front body shape. Made in Japan, this series brings together selected materials and utilizes the most advanced, top-tier craftsmanship available in the manufacturing department, with an extreme focus on detail in every design aspect.
This "Disc Front DFG24" features a Duralumin Disc Plate on the front of the body, engraved with motifs by the US design team that blend classic elements with modern graphic styles. The headstock does not feature the traditional diamond Z badge but instead has a vertically aligned ZEMAITIS logo plate. In terms of materials, both the body and neck are made of select African mahogany, paired with a high-grade ebony fingerboard. It is equipped with highly reliable Gotoh locking tuners, providing excellent and stable tuning performance. The bridge, tailpiece, and pickup rings are all made of Duralumin, featuring 3D engraving craftsmanship. This high-strength yet extremely lightweight aluminum alloy not only offers superior structural characteristics but also brings a brighter, clearer tone and outstanding resonance to the guitar.
The entire guitar features an ultra-thin nitrocellulose lacquer finish. Compared to traditional thick coatings, it not only provides a more delicate and natural feel but also effectively releases the inherent acoustic characteristics of the wood. It is equipped with a set of Custom Zemaitis PAF Inspired Virtuoso Humbuckers. These were developed to pursue the classic PAF tone of the late 1950s golden era and have been optimized for the unique Zemaitis body structure. The "Virtuoso" designation signifies an extremely delicate touch response, keenly capturing subtle changes in picking dynamics, making it ideal for controlling overdrive gain through playing intensity rather than adjusting knobs. The volume knob features a Push/Pull function to toggle the middle pickup on or off. When pulled, the middle pickup is activated; however, it does not function independently but adds its tone to the neck and bridge circuit, allowing all three pickups to sound together.
The overall design and specifications fully continue the consistent classic aesthetics of Zemaitis guitars. It embodies the exquisite spirit of Japanese guitar-making, implementing an extreme attention to detail throughout the entire instrument.
