Metal Front MFG 是 Zemaitis 最具代表性也最經典的金屬面板系列，由日本製造，此系列集結了精選的材料，採用高精密度的化學蝕刻搭配部分手工修飾，並充分運用製造部門目前所擁有的最先進與頂級工藝技術，在每一個細節上都投入極致講究的設計理念。
這款「Metal Front MFG-AC-24」是 Zemaitis 以 Tony Zemaitis 生前曾經創作過的雕刻金屬面板作品為基底，重新打造的全新設計。在用料方面，琴身與琴頸皆採用嚴選的非洲桃花心木，搭配高等級黑檀木指板。配置高可靠性的 Gotoh 鎖定式弦鈕，提供優異且穩定的調音表現。琴面金屬面板、Bridge、Tailpiece 與拾音器框等金屬零件，皆使用 Duralumin 杜拉鋁製成，並施以立體雕刻工藝。此種高強度且極為輕量的鋁合金，不僅具備優異的結構特性，同時也為吉他音色帶來更明亮清晰的表現與出色的共振反應。

This "Metal Front MFG-AC-24" is a brand-new design based on the engraved metal plates created by Tony Zemaitis during his lifetime. In terms of materials, both the body and neck are made of select African mahogany, paired with a high-grade ebony fingerboard. It is equipped with highly reliable Gotoh locking tuners, providing excellent and stable tuning performance. The metal front plate, bridge, tailpiece, and pickup rings are all made of Duralumin, featuring 3D engraving craftsmanship. This high-strength yet extremely lightweight aluminum alloy not only offers superior structural characteristics but also brings a brighter, clearer tone and outstanding resonance to the guitar.
The entire guitar features an ultra-thin lacquer finish. Compared to traditional thick coatings, it not only provides a more delicate and natural feel but also effectively releases the inherent acoustic characteristics of the wood.
